We truly appreciate every customer who supports us and values the effort we put into creating and delivering quality products. Most of our customers across India are wonderful and share genuine feedback that helps us grow.

However, we’ve also been facing a growing issue that we can no longer ignore.

Ever since we introduced Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenience option, we have done so on the foundation of trust. Unfortunately, we have noticed a pattern where certain individuals place COD orders and then refuse to accept the shipment upon delivery, claiming they never placed the order. These repeated fake or non-serious orders cause genuine losses—not just financially, but also in time, effort, and resources.

To protect our sincere customers and maintain smooth operations, we are implementing the following policy:

1. COD Order Verification (Mandatory):
All COD orders will be verified through a call or WhatsApp. We will attempt verification for up to 3 days from the date of the order.

2. Orders Without Verification:
If we do not receive a confirmation within the verification window, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a cancellation message will be sent to the registered number.

3. If Your Order Was Cancelled by Mistake:
We understand that genuine customers may occasionally miss the confirmation messages. If you believe your COD order was cancelled in error, simply reach out to us at support@fitoose.com, and we will be happy to help you place a fresh order.

4. Address Verification:
Even after confirmation, we may not dispatch a COD order if the address appears incomplete or unverifiable. Our team may contact you for clarification before shipping.

We regret that such measures have become necessary. At Fitoose, honesty and reliability are core values, and these steps are essential to ensure a fair and smooth shopping experience for all our real customers.
